As we pay our contractors promptly (unlike alot of other agencies and landlords) we are the preferred supplier for alot of contractors for work around Derby.

Due to the volume of work we supply our trusted tradesmen we get preferential rates not given to the open market, therefore we are able to supply reliable trades below the going rate that you would find if you went through CheckATrade or MyBuilder, making it affordable whilst at the same time having the piece of mind the job will be carried out correctly. We have already worked with our contractors numerous times in the past and we know like and trust them.
